Church End Mews in Hale Village is the best new build development in the region, and that’s official!
The coveted award was recently announced at the Your Move Magazine Property Awards, Liverpool’s most prestigious property awards ceremony.
Said Charter Homes' director, Steve Ratcliffe:
“The team at Charter Homes has enjoyed a phenomenal twelve months and this award is the icing on the cake for us. We are absolutely delighted.
“Church End Mews is an amazing success story for the company.
It all began with a vision to create something that would not only reflect the unique nature of the site but would also make a strong contribution to the architectural quality of the historic village of Hale.
“Today, there are 16 executive homes built around a central, landscaped courtyard, all of which have their own individual characters. The specification is extremely high and purchasers have been queuing to buy off plan for several months. With just a handful to sell, Church End Mews is a real testament to the dedication and commitment of the whole team.
“Charter Homes is now well positioned to embark on a new and exciting period of growth and we plan to back next year defending our “best new development” title with other high calibre schemes!”
More than 700 leading property professionals attended the event, presented by Sunday Times columnist and national media correspondent, Rosie Millard.
Judges included Jim Gill, chief executive of urban regeneration company , Liverpool Vision; Lesley Martin Wright of JST Lawyers; Heather Emery of the Northwest Development Agency; Simon Williams of Creative Space and Dylan G Jones of A2 Architects.
